We are currently working on an exciting new project, a slightly unconventional home situated on a sloping site in coastal Omokoroa, Tauranga. The home comprises of two distinct forms, with the living wing cantilevering over the ground and the garage wing anchored to the land, with a master suite above offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

Sustainability is at the heart of the home's design, as the client has placed great importance on ecological sensitivity. The design incorporates a range of environmentally friendly features, such as solar power, rainwater retention and reuse, thermally broken joinery, mechanical ventilation, and sustainably sourced materials.

We are honored to have the opportunity to work closely with these clients over the next year to create their dream home, and we are excited to see the finished product come to life.
